Criteria for considering arena proposals released

Sacramento Bee:  Mayor Kevin Johnson's arena task force this week published a set of criteria to guide it in assessing seven proposals for a new sports and entertainment complex to replace Arco Arena.  The task force will listen to presentations Feb. 18, and possibly a second day that week, from development groups that have submitted arena proposals before making its March recommendation.
